Thousand Claims against Government: Single Tax Payers Litigate Pensions Tax

Court hearing against Cabinet of Ministers will be on the 28^th of September, 2009. Court session starts at 10:00 in the County Administrative Court in Kyiv.

In general about 1,000 of private entrepreneurs filed claims against the government. All claims are united in one process today. Pylypenko Olena is the judge in this case.

New rules for single tax payers are valid from the 1^st of May 2009. Private entrepreneurs are illegally forced to pay extra money to State Pension Fund. The sum of insurance contribution is from 123 HRN monthly.

Attorney-at-law declared in the interview on TV channel CTV, in the news program “Vikna-Novyny”, that this decree # 366 is anti-constitutional and illegal.
