Attorney-at-law Andrii Nechyporenko was admitted as an expert of the year in the field of labor, civil and administrative law.
- for immediate and fundamental analyze of legal framework,
- for legal aid in journalistic investigations,
- for legal support which was given Pro bono in worthwhile causes.
The Bureau of Independent Journalistic Investigetions “Svidomo” in its turn admitted a number of worthwhile causes, which were initiated by the attorney-at-law Andrii Nechyporenko in 2009:
- evacuation of cars has been revoked in Kyiv,
- denouncement of the decree # 366, by which all private entrepreneurs had to pay extra money as a pension tax to the budget,
- legal support for preventing illegal private ownership of old forest near the capital.
