Each 2 out of 3 Ukrainian Companies Are Planning to Reduce the Stuff
In case of personnel reduction an employer has to provide a retirement pay amount of which is equivalent to average monthly income. Besides, about forthcoming stuff reduction the employee has to be informed in written form within 2 months before reduction. Therefore if the labor contract is canceled because of personnel reduction, the employee reserves his/her job minimum during 2 months and receive payment during 3 months.
If the person applies to the Unemployment Office and draw the papers in a proper way then in case of reduction he/she will get a cash benefit during 3 months the amount of which is equivalent to average monthly income on the previous job.
If the employee is retired by mutual agreement he/she has no right to receive retirement pay, if he/she applies Unemployment Office then the employee receives less cash benefit then in case of personnel reduction.
If the employee was retires at his own wish then he has no retirement pay and in Unemployment Office cash benefit will be paid for him in 3 months.
