Reusing Graves Problem in Ukraine

Attorney-at-law Andrii Nechyporenko gave an interview for the TV-channel CTV about reusing graves on the municipal burial grounds for the second interment in the same plot.

Due to the fact that current situation shows lack of place for burying on the Kyivan graveyards, it happens sometimes that some relatives make a capital on graves and sell documents and the place on the graveyard for other citizens. The legitimacy of such deals was analyzed by one of the leading lawyers of the law firm “Natalia Subota and Partners”, Andrii Nechyporenko, who gave an expert observation for news “Vikna-Novyny” of the TV-channel CTV.
