Comparative Analyses of Ukrainian and French Labour Legislation

The attorney-at-law of the firm Andrii Nechyporenko comments on-going situation for magazine “Labor and Law” when an employee retires of his/her own free will and explained how an employer can protect employer’s interest as well as the role of employers alliance in such kind of cases. Special attention was dedicated to a comparative analyze of conditions in which Ukrainian and French employers exist.
